Hi, my name is Rob Kane (although some people are calling me "The Transformational Santa" this year).

I'm doing something fun this month, and I think you'll find it a lot of fun too. And the more people you tell about this page, the more fun it's going to be for everybody.

Because of the economy, last year at this time me and many of the other people in my life were going through a rough patch.

As the end of the year approached, we started to talk about what we wanted to change for 2009.

We soon realized that this was a pattern, and that even in the best of times we'd make promises to ourselves every New Year's that we always seemed to break.

We all know that it is one thing to recognize a pattern in our lives, and an entirely different thing to change it.

I realized that I needed help. That what I had done up to this point had not worked.

I needed new ideas, new information, and support from new people in my life.

As a graduate student at Harvard, I place a huge premium on reputable, high quality, proven information...so I set out to find some that I could use to help myself.

I cannot begin to tell you what a huge difference this has made this year. The difference in the quality of my life 2009 versus all the years that came before it is simply amazing.

This year as New Year approached, my heart has increasingly gone out to friends and acquaintances who are still where I was a year ago.

I've resolved to do everything possible to put the right information into their hands, and everyone else that I can reach.
